Successful candidates must demonstrate business acumen, relevant experience and project management, communication and team skills. The role reports to a senior member of the Intranet Advisory team and will be part of a global team. The role will work closely with senior business leaders to bring knowledge sharing solutions to life.
- Consult with our internal clients, developing innovative knowledge sharing solutions to meet business objectives
- Provide strategic advice on best practices, governance, adoption and engagement
- Serve as a liaison to one or more assigned areas of the business to grow relationships and promote the team as a trusted business advisor
- Generate compelling presentation materials for the demonstration of project requirements and outcome
- Support the pipeline of development updates and assist in the launch of new features and functionality
- Work flexibly with the team across a wide variety of projects as needed

Requirements
- 2+ years experience or relevant degree/equivalent in an information related field
- Experience in MS 365 products, particularly SharePoint and Yammer
- Understanding of Search and Taxonomy
- Good communicator with all-around listening, writing, editorial and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross team, cross functionally and cross culturally
- Detail-oriented, organized and adaptable
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, self-manage and prioritize workload
- Willingness to work flexible/extended hours occasionally to accommodate meeting with colleagues in other time zones around the world
- Commitment to learn and adhere to company policies, guidelines and brand standards
- Ability to work with ambiguity and changes in direction
- Willingness to learn and a “can do” attitude
